Cover Crazy

Okay guys I'm trying out another meme. I love book covers so I was bound to end up doing this meme eventually so why not now? :D

Cover Crazy is a weekley meme hosted over at The Book Worms. This meme is generally posted on Monday's but you can post it on any day you like, I am choosing to post it on Mondays. What you do is find a cover your crazy about and explain why you love it so much! This week I am cover crazy in love with Auracle by Gina Rosati.

I love how there are so many different colors of blues in this cover from really vibrant and dark to really soft and light. I also love how it appears that there are rain drops making the image a little blurry and out of focus like when water hits a lens and it turns into those circles. And of course whats not to love about the girl with her blonde hair blowing in the air in a really pretty white dress? I mean seriously this cover is amazing. And when you stare at the title long enough you almost get this feeling like it will start getting bigger and move towards you. It's just so pretty! Okay, I'm done gushing now. Is there a cover that you are cover crazy about? Tell me in the comments!

From an awesome blogger who's blog you must follow for brillant book reviews and such I got a signed The Pledge poster from Jessirae at Words, Pages and Books. Thank you so much Jessirae!!

Can't wait to get it framed and hang it up!!

I also won a ARC of The Calling by Kelley Armstrong from Angie at Beneath the Jacket. When I found out I won this book I pretty much screamed inside and my day was made. I can not wait to read this one! Thanks so much Angie!

Isn't it pretty? :D So that's what I got in my mailbox this week! Unless...I'm forgetting something but I'm pretty sure I'm not this time! Lol! What did you get in your mailbox this week? Let me know in the comments!

In or Out

I've never been a fan of books that involved day to day drama like the big series The Clique and to this day rarely read books that are like that but In or Out by Claudia Gabel caught my eye and intrigued me enough to set that dislike aside and give her book a chance. Originally when I first started this series way back I some how read the second book before the first, so I had to back track but even though I did that I fell in love with this series and it was one of my big stepping stones into loving Contemporary books.

Summary from Goodreads:

Are you IN or are you OUT? Find out in the launch of this exciting new YA series that explores the drama of high school friendship -- the ups & downs, the scandals & secrets, the romance & rivalries. Bubbly Marnie and shy Nola are best friends forever...but everything changes when ninth grade starts. Marnie has set her sights on the IN crowd, led by beautiful hipster-girl Lizette, and she also falls hard for charismatic hottie Dane. Nola wants her friendship with Marnie to remain as it was, and, despite her crush on a geeky-cute boy, isn't ready to date yet. Marnie doesn't get why Nola seems content to remain OUT. Nola doesn't get why Marnie is so desperate to get IN. Before long, their friendship is over, and all-out war has been declared! Are you prepared to pick a side?

Nola and Marnie are best friends-Marnie is outgoing while Nola is shy. Marnie wants to be in the in crowd while Nola doesn't. Doomed from the start right? Pretty much. But you know what I loved about this book so much-aside from Matt of course <33-was how even though it was a story about being In or Out cliquey crap it somehow was able to keep me reading. There was stuff about the book I didn't like but there was a lot I loved.

I love Nola-she is shy and when ever she gets worked up breaks into hives. While I was reading this book I could relate to Nola quite a lot. I felt like I was a lot like her in a lot of ways and that allowed me to really relate to her through out the book. She is just a really great  character and her chapters in the book are my favorite-the chapters alternate from Nola to Marnie.

Marnie isn't my favorite character in this book but she also isn't my least favorite either. I just don't know, I didn't like it when it went to Marnie's point of view I just always kept thinking as I read about Marnie and her becoming friends with Lizette Levin-who I dislike very much-and I would just want the chapter to end and go back to Nola.

The boy's in this book are each totally different from each other which was really nice. Matt is a music obsessed hottie who I loved right when he appeared in the book. It's impossible not to love Matt he's just so great. Then there is Sawyer who is the skater with black hair that is gelled to the max with spikes. I really like this guy (I've read all the books in this series and Sawyer is in each book more and more so its hard not to like him the more he appears. Just an FYI to understand why I like him.) even though he hooks up with a certain person. And that leaves no one other than Dane-don't let his charm fool you ladies. Dane is the one character aside from Lizette that I hate. He's this preppy guy who is a real douche. Yes, I did just say douche and that pretty much sums up Dane.

This book is a really fast read but none the less a good one. I remember loving this series way back when I first read it and I still do love it. As much as I didn't like Marnie the book was good because it did go from each girl and you got to understand each one and why they were feeling what they were feeling. I won't lie though whenever I reread this series-aside from this time-I always go to the chapters about Nola because there the best and well because of Matt. There was also some mystery in this book about Matt and certain things that kept you wondering which was a nice to touch about this book. The book ended pretty good too. It left me wanting to find out what would happen next which is a good sign because there are some series where you're okay waiting months before picking up the next book but with this one I had to know what would happen.

In or Out gets 3.9 out of 5 stars from me. Its a cute book that you can expect to read in one sitting. I would recommend you check out the book because it is good and um because of Matt Heatherly. Can you tell I'm a bit hung up on this character? What can I say Matt is quite the charmer without even realizing he is charming.

We'll Always Have Summer

We'll Always Have Summer the very last book in The Summer I Turned Pretty series was a very anticipated book that I was excited about and sad about all at the same time. One I was excited because hello another book in series? Yesss! Sad because, well it was the very last book in the series and that was devastating. I love this series dearly and the fact it was ending was both a good and sad thing. We'll Always Have Summer wasn't what I expected but it was a great end to an amazing series.

 Summary from Goodreads:

It's been two years since Conrad told Belly to go with Jeremiah. She and Jeremiah have been inseparable ever since, even attending the same college-- only, their relationship hasn't exactly been the happily ever after Belly had hoped it would be. And when Jeremiah makes the worst mistake a boy can make, Belly is forced to question what she thought was true love. Does she really have a future with Jeremiah? Has she ever gotten over Conrad? It's time for Belly to decide, once and for all, who has her heart forever.

Belly is eighteen and now in college, she's happily dating Jeremiah the sweetest boy alive until he does something so stupid and screws everything up. I'm not going to lie, Jeremiah really disappointed me in this book. He lost lots of my respect and love for him for many reasons. He just wasn't the same Jeremiah I knew from the two previous books and that killed me. Like really killed me because I loved Jeremiah! But now, I just don't know. I still love him, but not in the same way. Belly is still the same awesome Belly and I like her even more in this book. I don't see how you can't like Belly. Everyone has grown up in this book and she goes by Isobel & Iz in this one and I liked that. I liked how I felt like I grew up with these characters. Taylor finally won me over in this one and the series just wouldn't the the same with out her in the books.

Conrad, oh Conrad. This book rocked a whole lot better than any of the others because we get glimpses into Conrad's head. <3333 Let me just say that Conrad is amazing. He's moody and broody and sweet and hot and just over all amazing. Seeing inside of Conrad's head has to be my favorite thing about this book, aside from its ending of course but I will get to that in a moment. These glimpses into Conrad's head-like the glimpses into Jeremiahs in Its Not Summer Without you-make you love this character more than ever and you finally really start to understand him for who he is. Needless to say Conrad is a boy that who is frustrating, but you can't help but fall in love with him.

I think I always knew how this book would end. It was just destiny. I loved this ending. It was picture perfect. Reading this book I was an emotional mess. One because I'm so sad this is the last book in the series and two because I'm so happy about how Belly's story ended!! Also the letter written to Belly seriously made me emotional. It was just so sweet and sad all at once. This book defiantly makes you laugh, cry, smile, get angry all of the emotions in the world!

We'll Always Have Summer is getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. It was just to of an amazing end to this series not to get that 5 out of 5 stars. Jenny Han writes the most beautiful stories and if you haven't read this series just do it all ready! You need to! This is a story that no one can miss out on.

Waiting On Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill over at Breaking The Spine were you spotlight a book that hasn't come out yet but you are dying to read. My Waiting on Wednesday pick this week is...
 The Temptation by Alisa Valdes:

 Summary from Goodreads:

His touch was electric.
His eyes were magnetic.
His lips were a temptation....
But was he real?

After crashing her car on an empty highway, Shane is miraculously saved by Travis, a mysterious cowboy who walks out of nowhere. She is instantly attracted to him, and for the first time, she believes in “soul mates.” But Shane soon discovers that Travis is dead and that strict rules from the Underworld govern kindred spirits of different dimensions. Breaking these rules could destroy both their souls. And while Travis is almost impossible to resist, temptation proves to be the kindest enemy they encounter.

Can true love surpass the power of pure evil?

This book sounds so good!! The cover is very intriguing and the summary is even more intriguing and I personally can't wait to read this one! Even the title just screams read me. I know I will be reading this one when it comes out on April 24th 2012. :)

Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted over at Should Be Reading were you grab a book, open it up, find something that isn't going to spoil the book and share it. You do this twice from any random page just make sure the teasers are not SPOILERS! This week I will be sharing two teasers with you from We'll Always Have Summer by Jenny Han.

"And then I started to hate myself, who he'd made. Because I saw it too-how alike we were. That scared me." (from pg. 180)

"Then we said good night, and it was a long time before I could fall asleep. I think I was afraid. Afraid that he was coming and afraid that he wasn't." (from pg. 95)

This will be my second time around reading this book and I say this with nothing but honesty-This is one of the best contemporary series out there. So if you haven't read these books now would be a good time because you'll love them, trust me. You can find my reviews for the first two books here and here.

It's Not Summer Without You

I fell in love with The Summer I Turned Pretty the moment I read the first page and It's Not Summer Without You the sequel is love at first sight! This book is ten times better than the first-if that is at all possible, which Jenny Han proves is very possible. I waited and waited for this book to come out and when it finally did back in 2010 of April you can bet a hundred bucks I was at the bookstore buying it and walking out with my nose already in the book that very day.

Summary from Goodreads:

Can summer be truly summer without Cousins Beach?

It used to be that Belly counted the days until summer, until she was back at Cousins Beach with Conrad and Jeremiah. But not this year. Not after Susannah got sick again and Conrad stopped caring. Everything that was right and good has fallen apart, leaving Belly wishing summer would never come.

But when Jeremiah calls saying Conrad has disappeared, Belly knows what she must do to make things right again. And it can only happen back at the beach house, the three of them together, the way things used to be. If this summer really and truly is the last summer, it should end the way it started--at Cousins Beach.

Where do I even begin to tell you how awesome this book is? For starters if you thought you liked Belly in The Summer I Turned Pretty your going to love her in It's Not Summer Without You. She is just such a great character and even though her love for Conrad does pretty much consume her she is just so selfless at times. Conrad, good grief I love him. You learn in this book how great of a guy Conrad is. He does everything for a reason even if at first you can't see that and I love that about him. Sometimes you just want to shake him and tell him to stop being a jerk, and then you learn a little bit something about him and you feel like the jerk for calling him a jerk in your head. Oh Conrad, you are quite the guy.

Jeremiah, he's really changed since the first book. He's grown up. And I love this brother quite a lot. He tries to keep the jokes coming and keep the mood light even though everyone is pretty much hurting over the loss of Susannah. And I love that about him. I wish Jeremiah was my best friend because he is just one of those characters that you love so much that you want to rip them out of the book and place them in your world. To be honest I want to do that will all of the characters in this book. Even Taylor has grown on me while reading this one. Sure she still gets on my nerves, but not as badly and I like her a little bit. It's not that she is a bad character or anything because she really isn't. I couldn't imagine the book without Taylor in it it's just too much Taylor and your just ready for her to go away. That's probably just me, but I'm being honest here.

There is one thing about this book that I loved so much and kind of wish would have been done in the first book, but I get why it wasn't done. In this one we get glimpses into Jeremiah's head. If you didn't love Jeremiah at first-I find this humanly impossible by the way-you will love him now. Trust me. The glimpses inside of his head are what make this book so much better than the first.

If you have read The Summer I Turned Pretty you know how it ends. Well you get to see what happened when someone and a certain someone left to go a certain someplace-I'm trying to be very vague just so I don't ruin it for anyone who hasn't read it so just deal with my vagueness hehe :)- and I gotta say its one of my favorite parts in the book. I loved that Jenny incorporated that into the book because I seriously felt like I was missing out on nothing which of course is what makes this series so amazing!

Before I rate this book I want to talk about the ending. I really loved the ending. It was perfect. Sure when I first read it back in 2010 I was like what!? It was torture waiting for the third book to come out because of that ending.  After just now finishing it I still love that ending. I love that Belly finally realized something and that she finally was able to come to terms with certain things. In short this book was fantastic.

It's Not Summer Without You by Jenny Han is getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. In my mind it gets infinity amount of stars, because of how amazing it is. Which I love, love, love that in this book. You have no idea what I am talking about if you haven't read this book but there is something about the infinity sign in it that I love. It's actually the reason why I love finding jewelery with the infinity sign on it. Anyways, this book is amazing and you must read it! Drop everything right now and go buy this book! You will not regret it, ever. You will love me for it, trust me.

The Summer I Turned Pretty

I first picked up The Summer I Turned Pretty because of its gorgeous cover and intriguing storyline. Who doesn't just love a book set in the summer at a beach house involving to cute brothers? I love these kinds of books and The Summer I Turned Pretty is one of my favorite's. And I'll be honest this three book series is one of my ultimate favorite contemporary series. Ever. Each book I read within one day because its literally impossible to put these books down.

Summary from Goodreads:

Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer--they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one terrible and wonderful summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along.

I have never loved a contemporary series as much I have with this one. I remember counting down the days until I could get my hands on the next book and going out and buying it the day it came out. And its because the series is just so good! The first book came out back in 2010 and I just finished reading it a few moments ago and I gotta say I loved it even more this time around while reading it. Something tells me I will always love this series and will reread it many more times to come.

I love how this book was written it just flowed so nicely and basically pretty perfectly in my opinion. I love how one moment you were in the present the next you were getting a glimpse into 12 year old Belly's head. This made the book so much better. I couldn't imagine it with out getting glimpse into the past. It made me love Belly even more as a character.

Oh the characters. They are just so brilliant! Belly is just real and I loved that about this book and her as a character. It wouldn't be strange if you suddenly ran into Belly on the beach because see seriously seemed like a real person which made me enjoy the book even more. Conrad. Jeremiah. Oh my. How do you chose? I honestly love them both and their two completely different people. Conrad is guarded and moody. Jeremiah is open and always cracking jokes. I love them both equally. Though I will say after reading the last book I love one a little bit more than the other, but you will just have to wait and find out who that is when I review the very last book.

Susannah. I loved her and really got choked up when certain things got revealed. To be honest there were quite a few moments in this book that I got choked up over. There was a scene between Jeremiah and Belly that made me tear up. Then there was a scene between Belly and Conrad towards the end of the book that made me cry. Anyone who has read this book should know the parts that I am talking about. The only characters in this book I didn't really care for were Cam and Taylor. Other than that I liked them all.

The way this book ended was just perfect. Jenny Han ended this book perfectly in that way that even though it was an ending that was perfect you totally want more! I don't know what else to say other than read this book! It's a story that you just can't miss out on and anyone who has read this series will say the same. Trust me.

And just because I think this is a pretty good fan-made movie trailer I figured I would share it with you all. And I pretty much love all who they chose for the cast expect maybe Max Theriot who doesn't look like Jeremiah to me. Also can I just say that I would be pretty darn thrilled if they made this book series into movies. Just throwing that out there. :)

The Summer I Turned Pretty is getting 5 stars out of 5 from me. It deserves it and nothing less. Read this book and trust me you will be at the bookstore buying the other two books because you just won't be able to wait. I know that I am anxiously waiting for another book by Jenny Han to come out. I swear this woman only writes brilliant books worth every 5 star out there. Make sure to check out all of Jenny Han's books on Goodreads if you haven't already!

If I Stay

I honestly can't remember where I first heard of If I Stay but what I do remember is the first time I read it and how beautiful the story was and how it stuck to me like velcro. And still do this day that story about Mia has stuck with me and its been about three years now since I first read If I Stay.

Summary from Goodreads:

In the blink of an eye everything changes. Seventeen-year-old Mia has no memory of the accident; she can only recall what happened afterwards, watching her own damaged body being taken from the wreck. Little by little she struggles to put together the pieces - to figure out what she has lost, what she has left, and the very difficult choice she must make. Heart-wrenchingly beautiful, Mia's story will stay with you for a long, long time

"Mia's story will stay with you for a long, long time." is no joke. You will read this book and when you read the ending it will stick in your mind forever. I know it did for me and I was always wondering. This book was so sad and yet beautiful at the same time. As I was reading it I remember loving it instantly how could you not? This book was just beautiful and I can't say that enough. You will have moments of laughter, crying, smiling, more crying, some more smiling. The book gives you glimpses into the past as Mia is dealing with watching her whole world completely fall apart around her and those glimpses really give this book a nice touch. It gives you those moments of smiling and laughing.

Mia is really talented cellist who you instantly can like and she has this extremely hot boyfriend who is into rock n' roll. I loved that Gayle did this making them each into the totally different types of music yet there love for each other making them love the music that they probably never would have if not for meeting one another. I love classical music and the cello and the fact that this was such a big part of the big really made me enjoy it even more. Also I mean there's Adam who is ultimately the boyfriend every girl wants. You do not want to miss out on Adam Wilde. Trust me on this.

Mia's family is one of those family's that you instantly love. Its unavoidable. And the fact that something so terrible happens to them really was heartbreaking. I cried a lot while reading this book because it was so sad. Gayle wrote this amazing book that literally can screw with your emotions and I loved that because that's when you know your reading a good book.

If I Stay earns 5 out 5 stars from me because it is such a beautiful story. It's a book that you can not pass up reading. This is a must read that you need to go out and buy if you haven't already. If it's sitting on your shelf collecting dust just waiting to be read? Read it. You won't regret it. You will love this book so much that it will stick to you like velcro never leaving your mind.

Waiting On Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill over at Breaking The Spine were you spotlight a book that hasn't come out yet but you are dying to read. My Waiting on Wednesday pick this week is...

My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick:
Summary from Goodreads:

"One thing my mother never knew, and would disapprove of most of all, was that I watched the Garretts. All the time."

The Garretts are everything the Reeds are not. Loud, numerous, messy. And every day from her balcony perch, seventeen year old Samantha wishes she was one of them… until the day Jase Garrett climbs her terrace and changes everything.

Jase can sense that his beautiful neighbor is missing something in her sterile home, and as the two fall fiercely in love, his family makes her one of their own.

But when the bottom drops out of Sam's world, which perfect family will save her–and will her perfect love survive?

I am a sucker for stories about two people who are neighbors falling in love. I can't help it I just love books and movies that are like this! So of course I will be reading this one when it comes out June 14th 2012. Can't wait to read this one sounds like its going to be a really great read.

Teaser Tuesday

You do this twice from any random page just make sure the teasers are not SPOILERS! This week I'm going to share with you guys two teasers from the book I'm currently reading The Lure of Shapinsay by Krista Holle.

"Just as I decided on a new course, a warm and powerful body swelled up from beneath and gallantly nudged me in the right direction. Joy swelled inside me. He had been beside me the whole time." (from pg 49)

Where She Went

If I Stay was such an amazing read when I heard that there was going to be a sequel I was very excited! If I Stay was such a beautifully written book I just had to get my hands on this sequel and of course knowing that the book would be in Adam's point of view that was just more to look forward to. Finally after forever I bought this book and...I gotta say I had some mixed feelings about this one.

Summary from Goodreads:

It's been three years since the devastating accident . . . three years since Mia walked out of Adam's life forever.

Now living on opposite coasts, Mia is Juilliard's rising star and Adam is LA tabloid fodder, thanks to his new rock star status and celebrity girlfriend. When Adam gets stuck in New York by himself, chance brings the couple together again, for one last night. As they explore the city that has become Mia's home, Adam and Mia revisit the past and open their hearts to the future - and each other.

I'm trying to think of were to start for this review because I did have such mixed feelings about this book. I guess I should just start at the beginning. I found it hard to read this one it just wasn't keeping my attention. It wasn't that the book was terrible because it sure as heck was not terrible at all it was very good. I just found it hard to get engrossed into the story to the point that I didn't want to put it down like the beginning was just to slow for me. It took some adjusting getting used to everything beginning from Adam's point of view. I was excited at first knowing that it would be from his point of view but when I was reading it I wasn't so sure I liked beginning in his head like I thought I would.

Then things began to get better around page 100 or so and I finally started to like it better, but only a little bit. I'm really not sure why I wasn't into this one as much as If I Stay. So many people loved this book, but I just liked it and to be honest I think I would have been happier with If I Stay being a stand alone. I'll explain why. If I Stay was phenomenal to say the least and that ending stuck with me from the very moment I closed the book. What happened next? Who knows and I kind of liked that because that ending was brilliant and it left me always wondering. Most of the time I like to know what happens next and am always thrilled when a book I loved gets a companion, but for If I Stay I just don't know. I loved wondering what happened to Mia and Adam next, but I personally think that If I Stay should have stayed a stand alone.

But that was before now I totally disagree with what I first was thinking as I was reading this book. I got to chapter 14 and it finally started to hit me that I loved it from Adam's point of view it just took me a while to see that. I also really started to like it to the point that I needed to know what was going to happen to Mia and Adam and I could not put it down. The book may have started off were I just didn't think I would particularly like it, but then it finally started to get so amazing that I want to hug Gayle Forman for writing such amazing books that make me an emotional mess.

Where She Went is a really amazing book and it needed to be written. It wrapped everything up so nicely and I am so glad that she wrote this book in Adam's point of view because it really did make the book ten times better. I recommend that everyone reads this book and if you haven't read If I Stay yet you must and then you must read this one. Where She Went is getting 4.5 out of 5 stars from me. Even though I liked wondering what happened to Mia and Adam I am glad that I don't have to anymore because this book totally was just as beautifully written as If I Stay and that ending? Wow, I loved it so much!

Born Wicked Trailer

A really awesome book trailer was revealed a few days ago and I gotta say that just by watching that trailer I now know 100% I'm reading Born Wicked. I wasn't sure at first if I would, but now I know I will be. Holy cow this book trailer is just awesome. I love the music in it!

What do you guys think of the trailer? Did it totally make you want to read the book like it did for me? My favorite part has to be when they are kissing and with the glitter falling all around them. Oh my...it's just..beautiful! I must say I think this might be my new favorite book trailer.

Another Earth

I recently watched this movie called Another Earth and I oddly kind of liked it in that way that I'm still not exactly sure if I liked it. Obviously it stuck with me because I am making a blog post about it. So Another Earth is an independent film, I don't watch many independent movies but this one really looked good.

It was good, in that really weird way. I didn't quite understand this film. Sure I got that there was another earth, but when the movie ended I was just like huh? But I think it was good enough that after watching it I am still trying to figure it out. I thought the girl in this movie did pretty good. I've never seen her in anything else but she impressed me enough that I would probably watch another one of her films. If you've thought about watching this one I would recommend you watch it and watch it all the way through. It was a good movie, a bit odd, but good. Of course I kind of had to write a review on here just clarify that for myself lol. Maybe I should start reviewing movies on here like I review the books. Would be fun since I love movies. Hmm, might just have try this out. I think I'll give this movie 3.5 stars out of 5.

Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted over at Should Be Reading were you grab a book, open it up, find something that isn't going to spoil the book and share it. You do this twice from any random page just make sure the teasers are not SPOILERS! This week I have chosen too share two teasers from Sleepless by Thomas Fahy.
"The note inside is short. It's written in the same block letters as on the envelope, but they seem ominous now. Smeared black ink. Sharp angles." (from pg 52)

"She remained perfectly still-her hands resting heavily in her lap and her shoulders curled forward as if she were slowly deflating." (from pg 68)

I haven't yet read Sleepless but I plan to start in the next few days finally after forever of wanting to read it. The cover is very intriguing as is the storyline so can't wait to let you guys know if I like it or not! :)

Random Ramblings #6

Hey guys! So I figured since I didn't really have anything planned for today I would make this post a random ramblings-the first one of 2012! Seems a bit crazy that it is 2012. But anyways so I learned yesterday that Breaking Dawn Part 1 is going to be coming out on DVD on February 10th at midnight! Woot! I still haven't seen this one yet but I'm going to see it this weekend and I am so excited!! What were your guys thoughts on the movie?

Speaking of movies there are quite a few movies coming out this year that I can't wait to see. I will list a few here. One of them is Gone which comes out February 24.

I am really excited about this one. Looks like my kind of movie and really one of those movies that is going to make you think. Another one I am excited about is The Hunger Games of course!

March 23rd is getting so much closer!! I am getting so excited for this one. Like seriously excited!! Another one that I am excited to see as well is the animated movie Brave.

I love anything involving Scotland so this one I will most defiantly be seeing when it comes out. I love movies so I tend to have a pretty long list of movies I want to see but I will just keep it at three this time.

Here are two cute pictures of the mascots to end this random ramblings post for today.

Oh and in case you didn't see on the side I am currently reading Where She Went by Gayle Forman. A review should be coming soon. Though I will say I am having a hard time reading this one, but I am determined to finish it soon.

Waiting on Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill over at Breaking The Spine were you spotlight a book that hasn't come out yet but you are dying to read. My Waiting on Wednesday pick this week is...
Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris

 Summary from Goodreads:

Two days before the start of her junior year, seventeen-year-old Janelle Tenner is hit by a pickup truck and killed—as in blinding light, scenes of her life flashing before her, and then nothing. Except the next thing she knows, she’s opening her eyes to find Ben Michaels, a loner from her high school whom Janelle has never talked to, leaning over her. And even though it isn’t possible, Janelle knows—with every fiber of her being—that Ben has somehow brought her back to life.

But her reincarnation, and Ben’s possible role in it, is only the first of the puzzles that Janelle must solve. While snooping in her FBI-agent father’s files for clues about her accident, she uncovers a clock that seems to be counting down to something—but to what? And when someone close to Janelle is killed, she can no longer deny what’s right in front of her: Everything that’s happened—the accident, the murder, the countdown clock, Ben’s sudden appearance in her life—points to the end of life as she knows it. And as the clock ticks down, she realizes that if she wants to put a stop to the end of the world, she’s going to need to uncover Ben’s secrets—and keep from falling in love with him in the process.

From the intriguing cover to the intriguing storyline this book sounds so good!! I was hooked from the beginning when I started to read the summary for this book. I don't even need to say anymore, the summary and cover sells its self. Unraveling won't be released until April 24th of 2012. Cant wait to read this one.
